TourerCare offers a range of services, all designed to take good care of your caravan, motorhome or camper.

Regular servicing options include:

  • Dampness check – most leisure vehicles will suffer from ingress of water at some point in their life, and we aim to find it early before your pride and joy is compromised!
  • Habitation check – the scope includes all aspects of the living area, with careful attention to the gas, electrical and water systems. This service includes several safety focused tests, including a gas tightness test, RCD test, and the smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
  • Caravan chassis – we will thoroughly check your caravan’s drawbar, road lighting, suspension and brakes.

Our approach to servicing or habitation check is to carry equipment and spares to deal with the most common issues that are identified during a service inspection. Our aim is to minimise the need for a return visit, and offer you the best overall value that we can.

We are Gas Safe registered, which allows us to issue a “Landlord’s gas certificate” for vehicles which are being hired or used for business.

We also supply and fit some carefully chosen accessories, designed to improve life in your van. WiFi systems are popular, particularly with families who have children demanding bandwidth at all times. We are happy to fit accessories supplied by customers, and move items between vans when you upgrade. Contact us to discuss in more detail.
